Due to expansion of our Housing Project, Hame, we are looking for a Peer Support Worker to join our team.

You will have a can-do attitude, be motivated and positive to ensure the young people who we are supporting, receive the best standard of care.
We are looking for someone who has lived experience of care and will be able to use their experience and knowledge to support other young people.
