As a People Partner, you will work in a fast-paced environment providing professional support and advice across a broad range of people matters. You will be a trusted partner to managers by helping them navigate challenges, build capability and deliver excellent customer service through their teams.
Our People Partner's have the opportunity to lead and take part in our exciting strategic projects, including the implementation of our new HR system. Your role will involve leading projects, working groups and driving change that will have a lasting impact across the organisation.
The successful candidate will also be a key member of our People and Engagement Strategy Programme Board, helping to shape, influence and deliver priorities that support Hanover’s long-term success.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week in an office location in Elgin, Edinburgh or Glasgow.

We are looking for someone to support and develop the missional activity of Culloden & Ardersier Parish Church. You will have a passion for, and relevant experience of, outreach to the local community and working to grow children and youth ministry.
Under the guidance of the Islands Estate Manager, the Islands Centre’s Maintenance Worker’s role is to support the maintenance across the 8 properties on Iona and Mull. This includes regular visits to the Camas Centre to undertake work on the historic buildings and grounds and supervising workaways who visit the Centre during its current period of closure. The properties include:
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for consulting and working the various properties on Iona and the Camas Centre as required.
Under the guidance of the Islands Estate Manager, the Islands Centre’s Gardener’s role is to manage and maintain the gardens across the many properties on Iona and Mull. This includes regular visits to the Camas Centre’s organic garden and woodland as a space for engagement with workaways who visit to work in the grounds during its current period of closure. The space includes two polytunnels, multiple lazy beds, fruit cages and two small woodlands.
The gardener is also responsible for shutting down the garden in the winter.
The post will be one of a team of development officer posts specifically intended to work closely with Third Sector Organisations (TSOs) throughout the Inner Moray Firth. This role will be focused on capacity building role that will support organisations around their governance, board development, or strategic planning as well as health checks. This role will work with organisations who are starting out, going through difficulty, changing their governance or closing down.
The post holder will be responsible for guiding groups around these topics, ensuring that they are informed of the regulatory and legal information necessary.

Ark supports people to live independently in their own homes providing everything from a few hours a week social and life admin support to 24/7 care supporting with personal care, medication, household tasks, attending appointments and leisure activities.
