Under One Roof is Scotland’s only charity dedicated to providing free and impartial information to the more than half a million tenement flat owners, and housing professionals, on issues related to tenement maintenance, common repair management, and retrofit.
The charity annually organises more than 60 free online and in-person events for owner-occupiers and landlords throughout Scotland on a variety of issues including how to set-up an owners’ association, the best way to manage building repair and retrofit projects, and how to address damp and mould.
Under One Roof also provides training for property managers, housing officers, and other housing professionals, and conducts research and advocates for legislative change to better help owners address building disrepair and improve energy efficiency.

THE ROLE
Under One Roof is looking for someone from a housing, third sector, or similar background whose skills complement the existing Education and Training Officer, Communication and Engagement Officer, and Chief Executive in expanding the organisation’s impact with tenement flat owners and the wider housing sector.
The successful candidate will receive training and support to become one of Scotland’s few experts on tenement repair management, maintenance, and retrofit. This expertise will primarily be used to inform owner-occupiers, landlords, and other housing professionals in three ways:
· arranging and presenting webinars and in-person events throughout Scotland;
· answering enquiries submitted via our “Ask a Tenement Expert” website submission form;
· leading training sessions for housing professionals.
You will make a real difference in the lives of tenement owners, and the wider Scottish public, through your educational efforts encouraging tenement maintenance and related work, such as housing’s crucial role in addressing the climate emergency.
The level of stakeholder engagement and public contact associated with this role will appeal to a candidate who enjoys meeting people from all backgrounds, and building networks within Scotland’s housing and retrofit sector.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist with activities not traditionally associated with education and training roles, such as policy and research.

Job Purpose
The Senior Education Delivery Officer plays a leading role in the development and delivery of the Trust’s school-based and community learning programmes, supporting children, young people, and families to build essential META Skills, STEM understanding, resilience, and wellbeing through high-quality, engaging, and hands-on learning experiences. In addition to delivering whole-class sessions, targeted small groups, and structured out-of-class activities, the Senior Officer provides leadership, mentoring, and modelling of best practice to other delivery staff. This includes leading and delivering targeted small-group interventions for pupils with additional support needs, ensuring activities are inclusive, trauma-informed, and adapted to meet individual developmental needs. The role also contributes to the design and improvement of innovative learning resources and projects, including wellbeing initiatives, intergenerational experiences, and alternative holiday programmes such as LEGO Clubs and creative learning camps. Acting as a key representative of the Trust, the Senior Education Delivery Officer builds and maintains strong partnerships with schools, community organisations, and families - supporting improved life chances, reducing inequalities, and helping children and young people thrive. The role also leads on aspects of monitoring, evaluation, compliance, and project coordination to ensure high standards of delivery and the achievement of project outcomes.
Job Role & Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver targeted small-group interventions for pupils with additional support needs, adapting activities, resources, and approaches to ensure inclusive, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate learning for every child.
• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging whole-class, small-group, and out-of-class activities, ensuring alignment with the Trust’s strategic aims and contributing to the design of innovative learning resources and session plans using tools such as physical activity, LEGO Six Bricks, and Sphero BOLT robots.
• Lead, mentor, and support colleagues, sessional staff, and volunteers, modelling best practice in facilitation, behaviour management, and inclusive pedagogy to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all programmes.
• Lead team building, structured play, and social-emotional learning activities and contribute to intergenerational programmes which promote empathy and positive relationships between children and adults.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of alternative holiday programmes, including LEGO Clubs and Cardboard Creation Clubs.
• Lead monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance, including data collection, observations, session audits, coaching feedback, and reporting to the Senior Management Team, using insights to drive improvements.
• Manage resources and operational logistics, overseeing the organisation and procurement of materials, and supporting staff rotas, delivery schedules, and multi-site readiness.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with pupils, families, schools, community organisations, and local authorities, acting as a key representative of the Trust at meetings and public events.
• Champion trauma-informed and inclusive practice, supporting colleagues to meet the needs of children with SEBN and embedding these approaches across the team.
• Lead specific projects or thematic areas, managing planning, delivery, performance tracking, and reporting, and contribute programme insights for funding bids and strategic planning.
• Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection requirements, and undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
TD1 Youth Hub is recruiting a Project Lead for TD1 Cashback Extra, a major three-year youth work project in Galashiels. This full-time role will lead targeted groupwork, weekend youth work and local outreach for young people aged 11 to 18 affected by poverty, trauma, exclusion and risk-taking behaviour.

The Scottish Government describes food insecurity as a lack of access to adequate or appropriate food due to a lack of resources. Addressing food insecurity in the local community and in Glasgow more broadly is one of our key charitable objectives.
Currently, we operate a food pantry that provides surplus/recovered food at heavily discounted prices. We also operate a number of food programmes in partnership with local partners to improve access to healthy, nutritious food for the community. In recent months, thanks to funding from the National Lottery, we have set up a fruit and veg market pilot to offer a wide selection of quality fruit and vegetables at affordable prices. We are currently hiring a Co-ordinator to work with the Managing Director and lead and deliver our food security programmes at our Pantry Hub in Wester Common. This is a full-time position. Mission Statement
Our long-term vision is to end youth homelessness. Our more immediate mission is to ensure that every young person in Scotland has access to expert youth specific services to assist them to avoid, resolve and move on from homelessness, making it rare, brief, and non-recurring.
Context
The Project Worker will work as an intensive support worker linking directly with young people either in the community or from the office base in Govan. They will coordinate and provide emotional and practical support on a 1:1 and group basis. Working with young people to secure a tenancy or to maintain their tenancy to ensure that a young person’s experience of homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
The Project Worker will offer line management, guidance, and support to volunteers, working together to support young people to improve their practical independent living skills, access other services and to reach their full potential. Project Workers are responsible for completing housing applications, support plans and risk assessments and are the main contact for any key peopleinvolved in the care and support of young people.

We aim to raise awareness of the extent and effects of violence against women and girls (VAWG), and to support those affected by this. The WSP adopts a feminist ethos and principles in all its activities. The Women's Support Project is seeking an administrator to support the efficient running of the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced, confident and well organised administrator. Able to work unsupervised to a high standard. The Creative Development & Opportunities Coordinator (Part-Time) will work closely with the Development Manager to support the coordination of resources, creative practitioners, and delivery processes across Sunny Govan Community Radio’s existing and expanding cultural activity.

Award-winning animal charity Pet Blood Bank UK is recruiting for a Regional Coordinator based in Scotland.
Working closely with the Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful coordination of donation sessions within your region. With a regional collection team comprising of between 15-25 Vets, Nurses and Donor Assistants, you will be a key person in building relationships with our venues, increasing donor recruitment and retention, and developing our growing pool of regional volunteers whilst striving to make sure our donation sessions are successful.

What you’ll do
As the Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all the relevant tasks and procedures are adhered to, to successfully coordinate donation sessions within your region. This will involve:
Working closely with the Area Manager who will provide support and guidance on this evolving role.
Ongoing development and support of donation sessions within your region, ensuring sessions run as efficiently and effectively as possible, whilst increasing donor recruitment and attendance.
Responsible for ensuring that any feedback is communicated between the Area Manager and the regional clinical team at the earliest opportunity.
Working alongside the Area Manager to ensure the region is meeting the key performance indicators set out for the collection teams, looking at methods to motivate the team and encourage them to achieve the most successful outcome for each potential donor.
Support the building of a volunteer team within the region, develop a pool of volunteers trained to support sessions, events and, where appropriate, the transport of kit and blood.
Organise and manage the rota for your region by liaising with the team to ensure all sessions are fully covered.
Help organise and attend events to raise awareness of Pet Blood Bank in your region. You will be required to deliver presentations on Pet Blood Bank to potential donor owners, veterinary professionals, and other organisations.
As part of this role, you will be required to build relations with the other departments within Pet Blood Bank and support the communication between the collection team and other departments.
Due to the nature of the work carried out by Pet Blood Bank, flexibility is key to this role. You will be expected to be part of a weekend duty on-call rota (1 in 6 weekends).

This role comprises of 15 hours administration time per week, these hours are home based and worked across Monday/Wednesday and Friday, working 5 hours per day you will have flexibility to pick the hours worked between 9am-5pm ensuring the core hours of 10am-12noon are covered. In addition, it includes a minimum of working 12 blood donation sessions annually (average 3/quarter) at varied locations on weekend days. Flexibility around the time work is undertaken is essential as some evening and weekend work will be required. Full training will be given for both the administration role and to perform a team role on a donation session relevant to qualifications.
Living within the region you are supervising is essential, a central location to sessions with easy access to our Dunfermline offices is preferable. Working a minimum of one day per month from the Dunfermline office will be required to help maintain our donation session equipment.
Travel is required within your region to and from donation sessions and our Dunfermline office, a mileage allowance is paid for this, there is no access to a company vehicle. Occasional travel to neighbouring regions or Pet Blood Bank offices (Loughborough) will be required with notice.

About the Project / Service
As a Change Mental Health practitioner, you work directly with service users who require immediate or on going emotional, practical or vocational support in order to deliver the best possible outcomes.
