About the Role
We are looking for a Peer and Involvement Coordinator to join our amazing Peer, Participation and Engagement team. You will provide advice and guidance to the Peer Support Groups in your coordinator area, connecting them with relevant services, activities and networks locally. You will manage CHSS Peer Volunteers responsible for clusters of Peer Support Groups in your geographic area.
We are looking for someone with drive and creativity to support the expansion of the Peer Support network in pursuance of our strategic aim to expand our Peer Support community from 3 thousand to 10 thousand members by 2028. You will work with Peer, Participation and Engagement colleagues to support the CHSS Participation and Involvement Framework by involving Peer Group members in our participation and engagement activity.

LinkLiving’s HoME service (Help on Managing Everything) provides an intensive housing management service to Link Housing Association tenants who are struggling to maintain their tenancies.
The Job
The purpose of the job is to provide practical and emotional support to people who have been referred to the service who’s condition of property requires specialist support. Through building positive relationships with tenants, you will work with them to maintain their home, working closely with Housing Officers as well as the wider Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.
You will be responsible for the provision of individually tailored one to one support. The service you provide will focus on the safety and well-being of clients creating a supportive environment which to address the issues they are experiencing with their tenancy. This role will require a high level of multiagency working.

The Arabic-speaking Energy Advisor will work alongside our current Energy Advisor to deliver the Welcoming’s Home Energy programme, funded through the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme. The project aims to tackle and prevent fuel poverty and associated risks by providing free and impartial home energy advice and support to New Scots households in Edinburgh.
The post-holder will provide advice and support in both English and Arabic, helping to ensure that Arabic-speaking New Scots can access energy advice in their own language.
