The Community Delivery Coordinator will support the delivery of the MCR Pathways mentoring programme in Aberdeen City and surrounding areas. You will support our volunteer mentors and young people, and ensure mentors and young people receive individualised support and remain fully engaged throughout their mentoring journey. You will be responsible for the timely recording and updating of internal mentor recruitment documentation, supporting mentor recruitment, and assisting with the delivery of in-school and community based mentoring and group work.

About the Role
We are seeking an individual to raise awareness of the Fund’s welfare offer amongst social welfare agencies across the North East of Scotland but also, crucially, to help address the issue of social isolation and feelings of loneliness experienced by some members of the RAF Family.
You will have experience of engaging and supporting people in a community, charity, social care, or other people focused position, supporting those who are socially isolated to be better connected into their communities. You will have good organisational skills, empathy and the ability to listen and build relationships with people who may have complex and challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector.
This is a community-based position working from home but covering the Inverness, Moray, Aberdeenshire and Grampian regions primarily, delivering both remote and face to face support. The candidate must have their own vehicle to use to travel around these regions. Occasional travel to Edinburgh and London will be required.

In this role, you will support households across Inverclyde, including tenants of Oak Tree Housing, Cloch Housing, Larkfield Housing and River Clyde Homes, to reduce their energy consumption, manage energy costs, and access available financial support. You will provide practical advice to households on energy efficiency, home heating, and behavioural changes that can help individuals and families stay warm and reduce bills. Key responsibilities will include, delivering one‑to‑one energy advice via home visits, telephone, online sessions, and community events. Support households to understand their energy bills, tariffs, and supplier options. Provide guidance on reducing energy consumption and improving home energy efficiency. Assist clients in identifying and applying for grants, rebates, and financial support schemes. Maintain accurate records of advice sessions, outcomes, and client details, work in partnership with local organisations, community groups, and referral partners. Contribute to outreach initiatives, workshops, and energy‑saving campaigns across Inverclyde.
Candidates should have previous experience providing advice or support services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of home energy use, heating systems, and fuel bills with a full driving licence and access to their own car to be able to travel across the local area
Glasgow Women’s Aid provides information, support and temporary accommodation for women, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse. We have refuge accommodation, follow on services and outreach services both for women and children across Glasgow.
The purpose of this role is to support our Women’s Team with providing a support service to women who are living in our refuges. You will support women being admitted into refuge and will respond to the practical and emotional needs of women as required. Although you will not be a key worker, you will attend appointments with women, signpost and advocate for them and support the running of our group work programmes.
It is essential that you have experience of providing support to women who have experienced trauma or crisis. A suitable qualification that meets with SSSC Housing Support registration is also required (examples would be HNC Social Services or SVQ Level 3 Social Services and Healthcare). The nature of our work requires a commitment to the feminist analysis of domestic abuse and to the values of Glasgow Women’s Aid.

We are recruiting for one full-time Team Leader who shares our values and has the experience and skills to support adults with learning disabilities to participate in meaningful work within our day service. You should have the skills to manage a small staff team and co-ordinate activities within the group which meet the needs of individual members and which are in keeping with Tiphereth’s mission statement, Camphill values and the aims of the Day Service.
The post is based in the Pentland Group which carries out all aspects of woodworking, green woodwork and some grounds maintenance. Together with our members with learning disabilities, we aim to produce unique items for our annual fairs and for our community. The group works from a converted Greenkeepers Barn and is a fully equipped workshop with high quality machines, using locally sourced timber, where possible, nestled in the foothills of the Pentlands. This is complemented by an off-grid workshop space for green woodworking amongst other uses.
Experience in the field of woodworking is essential as is the confidence to share your skills. Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is also essential, as is a good understanding of autism and the needs of people who use different forms of communication and confidence to work with behaviour that challenges.

Applicants will use their lived experience and skills to work alongside the patient in the ward to enhance recovery throughout their hospital stay and plan for discharge into the community.
