We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Services Teams, providing leadership to our support services.

We are delighted to offer an exciting new leadership opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Services Team as an Assistant Manager.

This is a unique role that will support services in Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Scottish Borders, supporting high-quality delivery while driving service development, improvement and collaboration across the organisation.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Services Management Team to ensure our services offer person-centred and trauma-informed support to people who are seeking support with their mental health and wellbeing.

You should have experience in; providing leadership and management within services, staff development and supervision, supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing, working as part of a team, meeting service KPI’s, data analysis and preparing data for reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working across teams and contributing to service developments that improve experiences for supported people. If you are looking for a rewarding leadership role where collaboration, continuous improvement and development are valued, we’d love to hear from you!
