Established in 2018, Moray Rape Crisis provides specialist therapeutic support, information and advocacy for young people and adults of all genders, aged 11 and over, in the Moray area, who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives, including rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. We also work directly with young people in schools and youth settings, and with strategic partners, towards preventing sexual violence.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sexual Violence Prevention Worker to join our team. The postholder will deliver inclusive and participatory interventions to young people aged 11 to 25 around healthy sexual relationships, and help shape local strategic approaches to sexual violence prevention.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team. The postholder will provide trauma-informed therapeutic support, advocacy and group work for survivors of sexual violence in Moray. In particular the post will focus on the provision of therapeutic support for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

This post is funded by the Scottish Government’s Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support Fund until 31 March 2026. We are committed to seeking continuation funding for the post beyond this date.
