We are excited to be delivering our mentoring programme acrossEast Dunbartonshire and East Renfrewshire, supporting young people in alternative provision who are disengaged from mainstream school. This is a unique opportunity to work within an established secondary wellbeing programme while helping to develop community-based mentoring across the region.
Our Pathways Coordinator will spend part of their time based within the secondary wellbeing unit in East Dunbartonshire, building strong, trusted relationships with young people to prepare them for a match with a volunteer mentor. Working with pupils from S2 and above, you will deliver small group and individual sessions, provide personalized support and guidance, and collaborate closely with local schools, community partners, and the employability sector in East Renfrewshire to expand community-based mentoring opportunities.
