Role

The Birgidale Complex is a dynamic community space that is based in Castlemilk, Glasgow.

The Complex is currently seeking a Community Development Worker to take forward new developments within the venue. This will allow the Complex to attract new audiences and new partnerships within a community setting in Castlemilk.

We are seeking an energetic and organised individual who will join our team as a specialist community worker who has experience of CLD (Community Learning and Development).

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Birgidale Complex whilst gaining valuable experience in community development work. The successful candidate would work for 21 hours per week, and the salary is in the region of £19,350.00 per annum and is funded till 2027. The post holder will be line managed by a member of the Birgidale Management Committee Board.
