The Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations (ACOSVO) is a charity who's vision is to support excellent voluntary sector leadership in Scotland through our events, services and partnerships.

ACOSVO offers both online and in-person events ranging from conferences, masterclasses, workshops and much more.

ACOSVO’s Members are the senior leaders (CEOs, Senior Managers and Chairs) of charity and voluntary organisations in Scotland.

We support our Members at all stages in their role through our events and services.

About the role

The team at ACOSVO seek an Events & Marketing Administrator to support the delivery and marketing of our events with guidance from the Events & Marketing Manager. You will be the administrator supporting the team to deliver our events programme as well as issuing marketing and informational materials to our Members and relevant parties.

Customer services skills are required as you will be communicating with our Members and other people and organisations.

This is a fixed term role for 6 months, working 21 hours per week.

The working location for this role is hybrid working from home or our workspace at Greyfriars Charteris Centre at Pleasance Edinburgh. There may be occasions when you will work at other locations within Edinburgh and the central belt and these times will be arranged in advance.

We are happy to talk about flexible working such as location and when the hours are worked within our core hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. For this particular role a minimum of 4 hours must be worked on both Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings between 9:30am and 2pm.

Please note that this role is not suitable for less than 21 hours or as a job share.
