Role

South of Scotland Community Housing is recruiting a Full Time Partnership and Learning Manager to support the wider objectives and outcomes of the organisation.

SOSCH is an award winning Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) that supports the planning and delivery of community-led housing and regeneration across the South of Scotland. This role – which is being reinstated as a result of securing funding – will play a key role in helping SOSCH grow and sustain key partnerships, evidence the impacts of our work and grow the community-led housing model.

For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking application from individuals educated to degree level and/or with demonstrable relevant experience around key aspects of the role:

• Mapping and Building Strategic Partnerships;

• Research and Evaluation;

• Knowledge Exchange;

• Support to Funding Strategy and Outcomes-based Monitoring;

• Working to raise the profile of Community-led Housing in Southern Scotland – policy and lobbying; and

• Supporting Increased Diversity of Representation.

This Full-Time post - starting salary £35k pa plus employer pension contribution - is for a fixed period of 3 years with the intention to continue in the longer term subject to funding.
