We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team based at our office in Dava Street, Glasgow.
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance department and wider organisation by producing finance management information, they will work closely with the Senior Finance Officer, wider team and Managers throughout the organisation to ensure that effective financial information and reporting is available at all levels.
We are a charity that provides tailored support for people at home, and in the community and we are here for people who are living with the effects of homelessness, poverty, addiction, and family breakdowns.

We’re looking for someone that has gained relevant experience of working in a generalist finance environment. You will also have knowledge of the processes and practices that are central to the finance function as well as knowledge of current finance legislation.

We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our East Dunbartonshire Reach Out/Panmure programme based in Glasgow.
The role of support worker for East Dunbartonshire Reach Out/Panmure is to support tenants, in an outreach capacity, in their transition from temporary to permanent accommodation throughout East Dunbartonshire, as well as providing tenancy management support to people within their own flats at 95 Panmure Street, Glasgow.
The role will mainly be working in the community in East Dunbartonshire and you will manage your own diary to reflect the needs of the people that you are supporting. It is expected that you will be based in the office at Panmure Street, 1 day per week. You can also work from home where appropriate, this is in agreement with your line manager, based on the needs of the service.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. Y sort it Young Carers Service supports young carers/ young adult carers aged between 8-18 years across West Dunbartonshire.
This exciting post offers a unique opportunity to work with Young Carers within school, home & community based settings. The role of the Young Carer Support Worker will be to support young carers in making informed choices around issues that are important to them, through one to one, group work sessions & respite.
You will be offering and completing Young Carers Statements (Assessments), developing support plans, providing advice and information, training, and peer support to help young carers with their caring role.
Young carers are supported through a range of measures to alleviate the caring role and your role will be to work closely with schools, partner agencies and family members to ensure they are able to be a young person first and foremost.
You will be active at providing support and encouragement, helping them to overcome challenges and /or barriers working towards goals to improve their learning, skills and personal development. Offering guidance, rights based information, creating learning opportunities. You will be developing support plans, providing advice and information, training and peer support. Your role will be to work closely with schools, partner agencies and family members.

We support care experienced young people aged 8-14 years across Glasgow and North Lanarkshire, our mentoring programme enables young people to have time away from home where they can gain confidence, learn new skills and talk to a trusted adult.
This is a part time role working 17.5 hours per week, the Volunteer Coordinator will have responsibility for recruitment, training and day to day supervision of volunteer mentors, the ongoing support of mentor and mentee matches and the provision of additional supports to mentee’s families as and when required. The post holder will also support the Service Manager with the ongoing promotion and development of the programme.
The role is mainly working in the community in the Glasgow area or working from home in agreement with the line manager. It is expected that you will be in the office at Dava Street, Govan from time to time for meetings.
