Routes To Work Limited (RTW) is a Company Limited by Guarantee with Charitable Status and is a key strategic partner within the North Lanarkshire Local Employability Partnership. Established as an independent charity in 2002, we have assisted over 22,500 unemployed local residents back into employment over the past twenty-one years whilst investing over £50m in the local economy. We have developed a strong reputation for being an innovator and leading provider of skills & employability services locally and nationally.

As we embark upon delivery of our new three-year strategic business plan in April ’24 and as a consequence of the recent appointment of our current Depute Chief Executive as our new Chief Executive from 1st April, we are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and energetic Depute Chief Executive (Corporate Services) to spearhead and facilitate the achievement of our ambitious goals in corporate support, quality & service improvement, HR and organisational development. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the synergy of these disciplines with Operations.
