Role

Administration Coordinator Child Wellbeing and Protection in Sport Service & Case Management Support Service.

Could your skills and passion for providing quality administrative and planning support help create safer sport for everyone across Scotland?

Through a strategic partnership with sportscotland, we provide Scottish governing bodies of sport (SGBs), local sports clubs and organisations with a range of advice, support and training in respect of wellbeing and protection.

As Administration Coordinator, you will have a key leading role to:

  • coordinate administrative support for two national services:

Child Wellbeing and Protection in Sport, and,

Case Management Support,

  • communicating effectively with the Service Managers and Project Workers while prioritising and managing workloads accordingly.
  • coordinate liaison and partnership working with sportscotland colleagues in the planning and delivery of meetings, reporting and evaluation of both national services.
  • build the knowledge, skills and confidence of SGB staff and volunteers by supporting their induction, use and implementation of an electronic case management system.

Base

You will work flexibly, in a hybrid approach, with a requirement to attend our offices, or those of our partners, for meetings and work as agreed with your line manager.

Salary, Conditions, Pension

We will offer you a competitive salary, generous annual leave entitlement (40 days inclusive of 9 public holidays, pro rata), flexible working opportunities and a contributory pension scheme. A Value and Reward Review is in progress with the resultant changes being implemented from April 2024 onwards.

Hours

This is a full-time post of 35 hours per week, initially funded for 2 years.
