• Reconciliation of accounts including landlord, contractor and tenant balances
• Rent processing
• Deposit management
• Accounts receivable, debt collection
• Supplier invoice processing
• Collating data from internal sources to help with reporting and assist with ongoing ad hoc projects
Skills & Experience Required
• Exceptional organisational abilities and a high attention to detail
• Experience using XERO desirable but not essential
• Experience using SME or another property management software desirable but not essential
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Enjoy working within a busy team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to use own initiative
