We are looking for a fully qualified accountant as our Director of Finance & Corporate Services to help deliver our vision as a successful, thriving and sustainable association providing excellent homes and services to our tenants and making a positive difference in our communities.
Linstone Housing Association own and manage around 1,600 homes and provide factoring services to over 2,000 owners in Renfrewshire. Our homes are mainly family housing and we have 3 sheltered housing schemes, providing support for the residents.
The Director of Finance & Corporate Services is responsible for the strategic management of our finance functions, together with the Corporate Services functions encompassing governance, IT, HR, communications and compliance. With strong leadership skills, you will lead and manage the teams, and provide support across the Association, as well as to the Board. You will lead on the financial strategy and as a member of the Leadership Team you will contribute to the development and delivery of our business planning and strategic plan.
