Role

We're growing and looking for talented people to join our team across Scotland and help create positive choices, chances and connections for young people.

Who we are

Working Rite is a Scottish employability charity supporting young people age 15 - 25 to build confidence, develop skills, gain meaningful experience and move towards employment, apprenticeships and further learning. We are currently operating across Aberdeen, East Ayrshire, East Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Relationships and mentoring sit at the heart of our approach. We work alongside young people, schools, employers and communities, providing practical opportunities and individual support that help young people take their next steps.

We're ambitious about what young people can achieve, and we're looking for people who share that ambition.

Why work with us?

We want Working Rite to be a place where people can do great work, develop professionally and have flexibility in how they balance work and life. We are proudly a Flex Mark Accredited organisation for our commitment to flexible working, and we’re a Living Wage employer.

Our employee offer includes:

• Flexible working by default

• 5% employer pension contribution

• Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption leave

• Compassionate leave

• Additional annual leave based on length of service

• Opportunities for continued professional development

• Employee Assistance Programme

• Team building and social activities

• Access to Mintago employee benefits, including cycle-to-work, grocery salary sacrifice, pensions advice and electric vehicle leasing

• Additional paid Wellbeing days provided to support an employee's mental health and wellbeing.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for people who are positive, relationship-focused, ambitious for young people and excited about doing work that makes a difference.

Whether you're supporting young people in education, connecting them with opportunities in their community, or securing the funding and partnerships that make our work possible, you'll be contributing to the same goal: helping young people build a future that works for them.

Join a team that believes every young person deserves the chance to build confidence, develop skills and create a positive future. At Working Rite, you'll work alongside passionate colleagues, supportive employers and inspiring young people to make lasting change happen every day.
