We have an exciting opportunity to join the Moira Anderson Foundation (MAF), a values-led charity supporting children, young people and adults of all genders who have been affected by childhood sexual abuse.

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and skilled Client Support Officer to join our team of 23 staff, based in Airdrie. This role involves providing trauma-informed support to children, young people and adults, helping survivors to access the services and support they need.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification or have equivalent experience working with children, young people and/or adults. They will have experience supporting vulnerable individuals, a sound understanding of trauma and its impact, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Hours and Salary

• 35 hours per week (office-based)

• Salary: £27,963 per annum

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm

We are looking for an experienced individual with accountancy and charity treasury skills who can support our CEO and fellow trustees by providing strong financial oversight, sound judgement, and strategic input.

This is an important governance role with a commitment of around five hours per month, including quarterly board meetings. The successful candidate will help strengthen the charity’s financial stewardship, contribute to effective governance, and support the long-term sustainability of our work.

About Action Against Stalking

Action Against Stalking is a specialist charity that provides person-centred support to victims of stalking while also working to raise awareness, influence change, and improve understanding of stalking across Scotland. Around 70% of our work is funded through the Scottish Government’s Victim-Centred Approach Fund (VCAF), with other major donors also playing an important role in sustaining and developing our services.

Our annual report showcases the impact of our small but mighty team and the breadth of our work across education, prevention, campaigning, and direct victim support.
