We're looking for an experienced and inspirational Health & Wellbeing Manager to lead our specialist Lanarkshire Self-Directed Support Services, supporting adults across the region to achieve positive outcomes and live the lives they choose.

Lanarkshire SDS is a dynamic and growing service providing tailored support to adults throughout North and South Lanarkshire. Our teams work alongside individuals living in their own homes to help them maintain independence, improve their health and wellbeing, build community connections and achieve meaningful personal goals.
We're proud that our service has achieved a Grade 5 (Very Good) Care Inspectorate rating, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised support and positive outcomes for the people we work for.

The Role
As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across Lanarkshire SDS, ensuring services remain innovative, responsive and compliant while promoting exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
You will play a key role in delivering Wheatley Care's ambition to provide personalised services, care to be proud of and better lives, helping people achieve independence, choice and control over their future.
