The Role
As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across Lanarkshire SDS, ensuring services remain innovative, responsive and compliant while promoting exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
You will play a key role in delivering Wheatley Care's ambition to provide personalised services, care to be proud of and better lives, helping people achieve independence, choice and control over their future.
You will:
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across several Lanarkshire locations.
- Drive excellence in person-centred and outcome-focused support practices.
- Champion the principles of Self-Directed Support, choice and independence.
- Develop positive partnerships with health and social care professionals, local authorities, families and community organisations.
- Monitor quality, performance and compliance against Care Inspectorate standards.
- Support and develop Health & Wellbeing Leads and frontline colleagues.
- Take responsibility for service performance, staffing and budget management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learning.
- Use customer feedback, insight and lived experience to shape service improvement and enhance outcomes.
- Ensure individuals are supported to maximise opportunities within their local communities and develop meaningful connections.
- Lead services through growth, transformation and positive change.
- Foster an inclusive environment where dignity, respect and safety are fundamental to the support we provide.

We're seeking a proven leader who combines professional expertise with compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to improving lives.
You will bring:
- Substantial management experience within social care, health and wellbeing services.
- Strong knowledge of Self-Directed Support principles and legislation.
- Experience supporting people with complex needs in community-based services.
- A track record of delivering high-performing, person-centred services.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance frameworks.
- Experience managing budgets and service performance indicators.
- The ability to influence, inspire and develop successful teams.
- Strong partnership working skills and experience of building effective stakeholder relationships.
- A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Leadership and Management or equivalent.

About the service
Based within Cyrenians' Community Learning Hub in Falkirk, the services under this role span three key areas: young people's services, community links and homelessness prevention, and specialist mental health support.
Together, these services support people across Forth Valley to overcome barriers, reduce social isolation, improve wellbeing and build stronger connections within their communities. Working closely with partners across health, education and the third sector, the teams help people access opportunities, navigate challenges and move towards positive outcomes.
About the role
As Service Manager, you will lead a team of outreach practitioners, working closely with partners across health, social care, justice, employability and community services, you will ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with Cyrenians' values.
You will support staff to deliver high quality practice, oversee service performance and contribute to the development and sustainability of our work through partnership building, monitoring impact and identifying opportunities for growth.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines people management, partnership working and service leadership, helping to shape and develop services across Forth Valley.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Estates Manager to lead the operational delivery of building and facilities management services across a Scotland‑wide estate through effective collaboration and strong supply‑chain partnerships. Based at Eurocentral, the primary purpose of the role is to ensure that the built environment and internal spaces consistently support diverse social care services, aligning with organisational priorities, clear standards, robust governance, and high‑quality service delivery.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the postholder will assist, guide, and support managers to ensure that work environments actively promote staff wellbeing and deliver an outstanding, person‑centred care experience for the people we support.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Buildings and Facilities Manager with experience in a range of activities to ensure the Enable estate is adaptable, compliant, sustainable, and resilient across different regulatory contexts and operating environments. You will hold a relevant degree-level qualification (such as construction management, architecture, quantity surveying or a related built‑environment field), or equivalent professional experience in estate and facilities delivery.
About You
- Significant experience in estates or facilities management within a large, multi‑site organisation, ideally with diverse operational environments.
- In‑depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, CDM requirements, statutory compliance obligations and estate operations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, procurement activity, and complex supplier and contract arrangements.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a support team within a large, complex organisational structure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, acting with credibility and confidence when working with external consultants, contractors and internal colleagues.
- A clear commitment to service excellence, sustainability and enabling high‑quality service delivery across the estate.
- Full UK driving licence required due to travel between sites.

About the service
Our Fundraising Team raises the voluntary income that allows Cyrenians to prevent homelessness and support people towards more stable futures. That income comes from individual donors, community groups, schools and businesses across Scotland, many who have stood with us for years.
The team is small, busy and collaborative, and works closely with colleagues in the marketing & communications team, and across our services. Every relationship we look after well helps to support the mission of Cyrenians, to tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness.
About the role
The Fundraising Coordinator is the first person many of our supporters meet. You will hold the day to day tasks of supporter care and help grow our community fundraising, so that everyone who gives to Cyrenians feels thanked, informed and glad they did.
- Be the first point of contact for supporters, making sure enquiries are answered warmly and every gift is processed, recorded and acknowledged promptly.
- Look after an existing portfolio of fundraisers and help deliver a calendar of events, sponsored challenges and community talks.
- Keep our supporter records accurate and compliant, including Gift Aid declarations and consent, and support the team with reporting.
About you
We are looking for someone personable and highly organised, who takes care over the detail and enjoys being the friendly voice of an organisation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, in writing, on the phone and face to face.
- Well organised, confident with IT and databases, and able to manage a varied workload to deadlines.
- Experience of working in a busy fundraising environment, with experience working with a supporter database an advantage.

You will join a supportive and motivated fundraising team, reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, with regular support and supervision and a clear work plan to shape your first year.
