- Work across HR, Finance, and IT to streamline and improve complex
processes
- Solve problems fast and keep momentum high
What you'll bring
- Proven experience delivering HR & Payroll system implementations and managing the wider business
change
- Strong project management skills — confident using tools like MS Project (or similar) to plan,
track, and report
- The ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at all
levels
- A natural leader who can motivate teams and drive collaboration to hit deadlines
- Solid
understanding of change management principles and practices
- Excellent planning, organisation, analytical
and problem-solving skills
- A professional, solutions-focused mindset with a focus on quality
delivery
It would great if you also have: -
- A project management qualification such as Prince2 Practitioner, PMQ, PMP
- Knowledge and experience of
the health and social care or third sector
