Role

This role sits at the heart of Bipolar Scotland’s community presence, combining income generation with direct engagement in our support groups across Scotland. You will grow and support community fundraising activity across Scotland while also helping new and existing peer support groups thrive.

Working closely with the Impact and Delivery Team Leader, you will build strong relationships with supporters, members and volunteers, inspire fundraising in local communities, and help ensure support groups are well run, well-resourced and accessible. This is a varied, people-focused role blending relationship building, coordination and practical problem solving.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, the post-holder will develop and deliver plans that align with Bipolar Scotland’s strategic aim to Grow & Improve. You will meet agreed fundraising targets, champion best practice and ensure supporters and members have a positive, supportive and rewarding experience.

There is a requirement in this role to have a driving licence and access to a car as the postholder would need to be able to travel to and from our Paisley storage space regularly and attend meetings/events across Scotland as required.
