We are looking for a Website Content Co-ordinator to play an active and important role as part of the Communications Team, supporting the delivery of our digital communications aligned to the strategic objectives of the National Park Authority.
Working with the Digital Communications Manager, the Website Content Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the content development process for our new website.
This role involves establishing, leading and facilitating collaboration among an internal content working group, liaising with the Digital Communications Manager, our appointed digital agency, and a copywriter, and ensuring content requirements are met in line with an approved Information Architecture. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a short time.
The Website Content Co-ordinator will ensure all content aligns with the user research findings, agreed content strategy and supports the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Co-ordination
- Act as the primary liaison between the internal content working group, the Digital Communications Manager, our appointed digital agency, and the copywriter.
- Coordinate the review and assessment of existing website content to identify gaps, out of date content, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all content submissions align with the approved Information Architecture.
2. Content Development and Alignment
- Facilitate the creation of new content by working closely with departmental representatives and the copywriter.
- Ensure all content reflects user research insights and supports a cohesive user experience.
- Ensure content meets accessibility standards and aligns with approved page templates.
- Monitor progress on content creation and review, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Establish and manage a robust and efficient content review and approval process.
3. Collaboration and Communication
- Organise and manage regular meetings with the content working group, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
- Provide updates to the Digital Communications Manager on content progress and flag any issues that may impact project timelines.
- Work with Digital Communications Manager to share best practice content design knowledge with the content working group, using the project as an opportunity to upskill staff for future delivery.
4. Content Population and Quality Assurance
- Working with the copywriter and internal content working group, ensure all content meets the organisation’s tone of voice, style guide, and accessibility standards.
- Work with the Digital Communications Manager to review and approve content prior to handover to our appointed digital agency or uploading to our website.
- Support with establishing an efficient process for upload of content to the new website and Quality Assurance.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of content requirements, updates, and approvals.
- Support Digital Communications Manager in providing regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
Your skills, abilities and experience should include:
- Proven experience in digital content co-ordination or a related role.
- Proven understanding of best practice content design principles and experience utilising these skills in project delivery.
- Familiarity with content development processes and Information Architecture principles.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic project environment.
Ideally, but not essentially, you’ll also have:
- Experience working on large-scale website redesign projects.
- Understanding of user research and its application to content design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for web content.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
- Educated to degree level in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or similar.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a team in providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for the people who use our services. You’ll do this by providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.
Main Responsibilities:
The Support Worker roles working at our Kirkintilloch service in East Dunbartonshire cover a variety of dayshift, midshift and backshift patterns over a 4-week rolling rota which includes select weekend work. Both part time (24 hours per week) and full time (35 hours per week) Support Worker positions are available. The Support Worker will:
- work as part of a team providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
- support, review, monitor and evaluate through our case management system, to achieve a positive person-centred outcome for the people we work with in line with organisational, statutory and legislative requirements.
- maintain and update all recording systems and documentation in line with relevant policies, procedures and practice guidelines, including the occupancy agreement, within required timeframes.
- provide, plan and facilitate key work meetings, key work sessions, meetings, reviews and other internal/external meetings in conjunction with the person’s support plan.
- provide general advocacy and advice to the people we support, including assistance to enable them to meet the conditions of their occupancy agreements.

- Ideally, possess 1 year of experience of working with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour which can be from personal, voluntary and/or professional experience.
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to undertake care practice in accordance with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) code of practice, National Care Standards, Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care and the Associations policies and procedures.
- Ability to relate empathetically to people and recognise their right to choice and independence.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a vibrant and compelling Trainer to drive the learning and growth of our team on a full time basis.
