Your role, as an Employment Coordinator is to provide support to people who have barriers to work to make progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment. Working as part of our All in Aberdeenshire partnership, you will be working collaboratively across Aberdeenshire meeting individuals in their local communities to progress into fair and competitive employment in the open labour market.

Tiphereth Camphill in Edinburgh are seeking a HR Officer to join our community in response to the growth within our work force over the last three years. Tiphereth provides a range of support services for adults with learning disabilities and autism, with a focus on building meaningful relationships and community.

Within this post you will play a key role in co-ordinating and developing our HR record keeping and administration processes. Whilst acting as a interface between our finance department and HR specialists at Peninsula, and our Registered Care Managers. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a HR and Payroll capacity, within a small business, with a keen eye for detail in ensuring compliance around employment law, recruitment practice, record keeping and GDPR.

The role will involve administrative support for all HR related meetings and you will have experience of verbatim minute taking. You will have excellent IT skills and an ability to work with a range of software packages that support HR and Training. Including maintaining databases around the professional registration required for the care sector.

We are currently looking to recruit support workers to join our small team within Inclusion Alliance. The role involves supporting people with learning disabilities to be included in the community and lead an ordinary life. Your work would involve helping people to access educational, social, leisure and work or volunteering opportunities in the community.

No experience or formal qualifications are necessary for the role although a caring nature, positive attitude and a sense of fun are important characteristics to have. New staff will receive paid training and undertake shadow shifts with experienced staff members during induction. We want new staff to feel ready and able to work prior to working on their own for the first time.

We have various vacancies available including part time and relief/casual positions in various locations throughout Edinburgh.

Working hours are based between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday

GAMH are commissioned by Glasgow Carers Partnership to deliver support to unpaid Carers living within the North East of the city. Our service offers inclusive and holistic support to Carers to help maintain their quality of life and improve their health and wellbeing.

The primary focus of this post will be to work with unpaid Carers and Young Carers delivering a range of supports so Carers will have the ability to manage their caring responsibilities whilst also maintaining their own wellbeing.
