Join us as a Recovery Worker in the Scottish Highlands.
Are you someone who easily builds trust, listens without judgment, and wants to help people make lasting changes in their lives? We’re looking for a Recovery Worker to join our brand-new Alcohol and Drug Service covering NHS Highland, an innovative service that aims to make support easier to access, wherever people are.
Our Highland service will provide support to people concerned about their own or someone else's alcohol or drug use. This is a digital service and an exciting new model of service delivery. All client interventions will be delivered digitally. This includes a combination of web-based and phone support, ensuring those without reliable internet access can still receive help. Our range of options includes one-to-one, and virtual support groups delivered using digital tools. The service is for people living within NHS Highland, so knowledge and understanding of this area is preferred and being based in this region is desirable.
The closing date for applications is 3rd August 2025. This advert may close early should sufficient applications be received.
