Job Description
This is a brand-new service model in the NHS Highland area, offering a blend of web-based and telephone support to ensure people can get help wherever they are, even without reliable internet. You’ll be part of a small, forward-thinking remote team supporting individuals through one-to-one sessions and virtual group work, all designed to break down barriers to accessing care.

You will strive to work collaboratively with partners and communities, ensuring that we are as accessible as possible and that the principles of a Recovery Oriented System of Care and true person centred practice are at the heart of all that we do. An SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health care and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is essential for this post.
This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £25,000 per annum. This post will be hybrid with travel for meetings required to develop pathways for clients and engage with key stakeholders. This role involves evening and weekend work in addition to office hours.

Ideally you will also have previous experience of working or volunteering with people who misuse substances. We welcome applications from those with lived experience.
