About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Youth Work Coordinator to lead and grow our creative and empowering Youth Work Programme. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive and youth-led projects that support young people of colour across Scotland.
Within this role, you will oversee programme delivery, manage staff and facilitators, develop new youth-led activities, and build strategic relationships to expand our reach. From youth clubs and studio sessions to issue-based workshops and school outreach, this is a dynamic role requiring creativity, empathy, and leadership. If you’re a committed youth work professional with strong facilitation skills and a drive to make change—we’d love to hear from you.
