Avenue is a charity, based in the North East of Scotland, that provides a range of services to families, children and individuals. We help families and individuals to overcome obstacles to wellbeing and find ways forward through the challenges that life can bring.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our administrative team in Aberdeen. Our administrative function is a key role in the charity and as part of the team, you will provide efficient and effective support to the Avenue team which enables the smooth running of Avenue’s services. Along with the other administrators, you will be first point of contact for all stakeholders, providing appropriate information and creating a welcoming environment for all.
An excellent communicator, you will be able to take forward tasks to ensure deadlines are met and actions achieved by the team and have the confidence to make judgements/decisions on a day-to-day basis. Working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative/secretarial role and be competent in the use of Microsoft 365 and Databases.
