identify new opportunities, and lead on multi-year funding applications.
What you’ll do:
- Research, write, and submit high-quality funding applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with
funders, ensuring long-term support.
- Work closely with service managers to identify fundable
projects.
- Manage and support a Research Officer.
- Track and report on income, ensuring financial
sustainability.
- Highlight the impact of CrossReach’s work and contribute to our fundraising
strategy.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in fundraising from trusts, foundations, or grant-making bodies.
- A track record of securing
six-figure, multi-year grants.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling funding
proposals.
- Experience managing relationships with funders and internal colleagues.
- Proficiency
in fundraising CRMs (such as Raisers Edge) and financial reporting.
- A team-focused approach, with an eye
for detail and a strategic mindset.
- The ability to work in line with CrossReach’s values and
ethos.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organisation making a tangible difference.
- The chance to
lead on meaningful, high-impact funding opportunities.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment,
with opportunities for learning and development.
If you’re an experienced fundraiser with a talent for securing major funding and building strong relationships, we’d
love to hear from you.
