We are looking for an experienced, organised, and highly motivated Office & System Manager to join our dynamic
team based in Paisley. You will lead a team of administrators, ensuring the smooth running of our office
environment and client management system while providing high-quality support to services, senior management,
stakeholders, and the public.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills, along with a strong ability to manage
workloads efficiently. You will also undertake duties including scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and quality
assurance tasks. Our ideal candidate will:
