St Vincent’s Hospice is seeking a Head of Business Development to play a pivotal role in our financial sustainability and long-term growth. Reporting to the CEO, this exciting new position will focus on:
- Developing and delivering a three-year business development strategy to ensure sustainable income growth.
- Managing and expanding Trusts & Grants funding, major donor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
- Overseeing the hospice’s lottery and exploring innovative income-generation opportunities.
- Engaging with high-value donors to maximise fundraising impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, income generation, or fundraising at a senior level.
- Strong track record of securing significant funding from trusts, foundations, or other income streams.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills with funders, and donors. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with achieving ambitious financial targets.

About Leuchie
Leuchie is the national respite charity giving families a break from the physical and emotional responsibilities of caring for a loved one. The charity is dedicated to supporting individuals and families living with a neurological condition such as MS, MND, Parkinson’s and stroke through short respite breaks and outreach services. The expert team work to transform lives by improving health, enabling independence, and tackling loneliness.
Leuchie provides a range of settings that suit the health needs and circumstances of the
individual and their family. These include short breaks with 24-hour nursing and care, therapies, social activities and outings at Leuchie House, accessible self-catering accommodation for all the family or regular at-home support.
Through innovative partnership working and research, Leuchie is reimagining the delivery of respite as a way of meeting wider health and social care outcomes for the families it supports.
Dorothy is 98 and a carer for her 68 year old son Robert who has multiple sclerosis. This is what Leuchie means to her- “It gives me a rest and some peace. It also helps me carry on by having something to look forward to.”
There is a growing need to support those living with a neurological condition and their families that Leuchie is determined to respond to. The charity currently supports around 500 families, just like Dorothy and Robert, each year, and has a strategic intent to positively impact ten times as many lives by 2030.
Corporate Partnerships Lead Role
This is a key role in developing and managing high-value corporate partnerships, securing new business support, and driving revenue growth. Leuchie is looking for someone with significant experience in corporate fundraising or business development either from a charity fundraising background or a commercial role focused on income generation. You will be highly skilled in identifying opportunities, securing partnerships, and developing creative campaigns that align with both Leuchie’s mission and corporate partners’ objectives.
Leuchie has significant potential to expand its support from corporate partnerships and you will play a crucial role in strengthening and growing these relationships. You should have a strong track record in securing and stewarding high-value 5 to 6 figure partnerships, negotiating sponsorship deals, and engaging key decision-makers in meaningful collaborations.
You will work closely with the Director of Development and Head of Fundraising, and have the support of a highly engaged leadership team and impressive Board of Trustees. Experience in setting and exceeding income targets, developing corporate engagement strategies and delivering impact reports to senior stakeholders is essential.

About the Project / Service
Change Mental Health is determined to deliver excellent services and support across Northern Scotland and we need a Head of Services to help us to achieve this. This role will ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard, and that they are developed both operationally and strategically. This role will have oversight and responsibility for developing our services within the Highlands and the North which include outreach support, work within resource centres and community settings, carers support and Community Link Worker projects.
The role of the Head of Northern Services is instrumental in ensuring that we provide innovative support to people affected by poor mental health and mental illness. It will be responsible for working closely with our Policy and Communications Team and Fundraising Teams and will play a key role in the National Management Team of Change Mental Health.
The role will work closely with the Director of Services to develop and work in partnership with a range of different stakeholders to increase the impact of our work and generate new opportunities for the organisation.
This is an exciting role for the organisation and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is committed to continuous service improvement and who excels in managing both operational and strategic relationships.

About the Role
As our Head of Housing (Temporary Accommodation) you will ensure Right There continues to support adults and families taking their first steps toward independent living by providing facilitated access to privately rented properties or removing the barrier of an upfront deposit through our Help to Rent programme. The successful candidate will be expected to grow both our landlord and property portfolio across Glasgow and explore future opportunities to deliver accommodation through the private rented sector where need is identified.
Working closely with our maintenance team you will ensure we continually develop this dynamic and consistent service, which builds on current positive relationships and housing networks, increasing the options for people we support. Housing standards, health and safety and contractual compliance will be a key focus for this role.
