Your role as Occupational Therapist will focus on vocational rehabilitation, helping individuals with physical, mental or developmental conditions to regain or enhance their ability to achieve well paid, sustainable employment aligned to their vocational goals.

About You
We really need you to have these:
- Batchelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience of working with participants with complex Bio-Psychosocial conditions.
- Experience of working with people in a social work, community, primary are or hospital context.
- A working understanding of vocational rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of practical and forward-thinking recommendations that explore adjustments and support for individuals with health conditions and disabilities looking to enter and/or return to the workplace.
- Excellent communication and motivating skills.
- Computer literacy including excellent keyboard skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Advanced problem-solving skills for interactions with participants and service providers.
- Proven and well-developed interpersonal skills in working with individuals on a one to one and group setting.
- The drive, energy and commitment to support people to obtain high-quality, well-paid jobs.Comfortable working towards targets.
- A natural, professional relationship builder.
- A full driving licence.

We would love it if you had these:
- Experience in supported employment services or vocational training programmes including collaboration with job coaches or employment advisors.
- Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Documented evidence of CPD.
- Experience of service development.
- Knowledge of establishing, implementing and evaluating intervention programmes.
- Understanding of relevant policy and legislation.

Operated by ENABLE Glasgow, Fortune Works is one of Scotland’s largest social enterprises which provides meaningful opportunities for people with a learning disability within Glasgow and surrounding areas. The service combines accessible social and enterprising activities with individualised support for people to make a positive contribution to their community.
The Support Assistant duties will include supporting positive person-centred activities which support people with a learning disability to play a worthwhile economic role as a valued member of the local community.
The successful candidate will provide a high quality of care and support for service users with a range of learning disabilities and will encourage participation in group activities to support people to gain skills and confidence. They will also play a part in the effective operation of a busy service. Most importantly they should have a positive and empowering approach to supporting people with learning disabilities.
Please note: We currently have one full time Support Assistant Post available (35 hour pw).
As indicated sessional hours are also available.
The shift pattern for the full time Support Assistant role is Monday to Friday 9am - 4 pm with a 30-minute lunch. 20 days holiday to start, and 13 Public Holidays.

We have an exciting opportunity to join Cornerstone as our Head of Finance on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to our Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the management and development of our Finance function, ensuring the provision of accurate, reliable and timely financial information and analysis to support our organisation in its activities. This is a varied role which encompasses many aspects within our Finance department.
Location
This role can be based in any of our main offices (Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow), or part of our hybrid working model. If opting for hybrid, we would need you to live within a reasonable commute of Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow. There will be occasions that we'll need you to travel to other Cornerstone branch locations (travel expenses will be reimbursed as set out in Cornerstone’s expense policy with travel reimbursed by HMRC legislation).
The Role
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll contribute to the delivery of Cornerstone's strategic, operational and departmental plans.
You'll assist our Director of Finance to establish and maintain effective financial management and business support to ensure that appropriate financial policies and management information systems are in place to guarantee ongoing stability and growth.
Providing an accounting service to all departments and areas within Cornerstone, you'll combine your accounting skills with effective financial management to provide concise communications to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
You'll have responsibility for the preparation of monthly financial reporting and monthly written reports analysing performance and mitigation steps where necessary. You'll also support the preparation of annual budgets, monitoring reports, forecasts and annual accounts.

About You
What we'll need you to bring: -
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
- Recognised chartered accountancy CCAB qualification
- Knowledge and experience of the legal and charitable framework
- Experience of leading, developing and managing a Finance team to deliver high quality and service within a similar type or size of organisation
- Proven experience in the development and maintenance of financial controls, policies and procedures
- Good analytical and evaluation skills with the ability to understand and carry out complex numerical and financial calculations and analyse data
- The ability to transfer strategy into operational and departmental work plans
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and organise work
- Proven track record of working to tight deadlines and simultaneously managing several initiatives
- The ability to identify quality processes and procedures with the ability to communicate these clearly verbally and in writing

Our Services
We are looking to recruit employees for our Edinburgh Services located in Edinburgh: Oxgangs, St Johns Hill and Lauristion In Leith.
Our services provide twenty four hour per day, seven days per week supported accommodation to individuals who are homeless and have complex and multiple support needs. These individuals may have experienced trauma, exclusion and stigma in their lives.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Have a person centred and trauma informed approach
- Be skilled at building trusting relationships
- Have a compassionate and non-judgemental approach
- Be the first point of contact for people when they are looking for support as our services are staffed twenty four hours a day, seven days a week
- Be required to contact external agencies and advocate on someone's behalf
- Support individuals to attend appointments, provide emotional support or respond to health emergencies
You Will
- Have a positive, flexible attitude and be committed to our values and the work we do
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be confident and assertive in your approach as these posts will involve some level of lone working
- Be provided with all relevant training to succeed in the role
- Possess an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or have the willingness to undertake study to achieve this
- Be required to obtain registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of taking up the post
