What you need to know
The Engagement Producer role is part of a team of skilled producers and administrators who support Scottish Ballet’s
award-winning engagement and outreach activity.
The ability to develop positive working relationships and lead on the planning, logistics and safe delivery of
flagship programmes will be key to your success.
This role works closely with the Engagement Operations Manager, Engagement Creative Director, and the wider delivery
teams.
In a nutshell, we want to hear from you if you have:
Experience of project managing multiple community arts projects.
Great communication and organisational skills and the ability to establish good working relationships.
Ability and willingness to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
It’s a part-time permanent role:
- Salary is £27,500 to £29,000 per annum.
- The role is 21 hours per week (part time).
- This role
requires occassional weekend and evening work.
- The role is primarily based in our Glasgow HQ with
occasional requirements to work elsewhere in the UK and overseas.
