Role

Raploch Urban Regeneration and its wholly owned trading subsidiary, Stirling Community Enterprise are a leading training, employability and support service committed to reducing inequalities and poverty through the creation of more resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities.

Our values are respect, trust, honesty, compassion and relationships. Our values are embedded and demonstrated at all levels of the organisation and these values underpin our commitment to reducing inequalities and poverty through developing more resilient and sustainable communities.

We are currently recruiting for independent board members to over oversee and support the work of the charity and trading arm. We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in finance, governance, business development and third sector leadership. We are also keen to speak to individuals interested in becoming Chair of a prominent local charity.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning organisation at a time where the communities we support require our help most. If you’re passionate about reducing inequality and poverty and being a force for change, then we’d love to hear from you.

Attendance at board meetings and committees is required and a minimum commitment of 4 meetings annually. Where meetings are held at our picturesque grounds within Stirling, there is an option to join via different platforms.
