Role

We are excited to invite applications from experienced practitioners to apply to join our new mental health service. With funding secured we are seeking applications to appoint highly motivated people to join our team.

The role of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner is to provide person centred, holistic mental health and wellbeing support to clients who have been referred to the service. Clients may present in crisis, be experiencing emotional distress, or reduced mental wellbeing. If you are an experienced partitioner who can demonstrate your knowledge and skills, and using your excellent communication skills and mature attitude to support people to achieve their identified outcomes and will provide a first-class service to our clients then we would love to hear from you. This post will be a delivered via a hybrid working model with the expectation that part of the working week will be office based.
