Role

Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) are seeking an Office Manager to join our dynamic and effective Support Services team.

About the role:

The Office Manager for FCCT will be expected to provide a full range of office management duties including the management of other facilities within the Trust alongside the day-to-day running of our Harbourmasters House office. This will include the day-to-day supervision of office administration across the organisation, office supplies, cleaning services and support for other office functions, including HR and finance. The role is predominantly based at our Harbourmaster House office, though there may be requirement to travel to other offices in Fife on an ad-hoc basis.

About you:

We are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join our team. You will bring with you the following skills and experience:

  • HNC or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer skills.
  • Minute taking experience.
  • Sound experience in Microsoft Office packages including PowerApps.
  • Experience of handling conflicting pressures in a multi-tasking role and the ability to remain positive.
  • Diary management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
