Role
RAMH has been delivering high quality support across the West of Scotland for nearly 35 years. Our fundamental purpose is to support people through their recovery from mental ill health. We do this by providing a variety of person centred supports that range from low level interventions, right through to crisis support. RAMH is committed to providing the highest possible standards of practice and service delivery, and the role of Head of Corporate Services is pivotal in supporting us to achieve this commitment.
The function of this post is to provide leadership to our organisations core support functions, and to ensure compliance with external regulatory and contractual bodies. This is set within a framework of agreed standards RAMH currently adheres to.
If successful, you will work closely with the CEO and provide support and guidance to local managers to ensure that their service, and by association, the organisation, conforms to our values, vision and mission statement. You will take a lead role, supported by Senior Management Team colleagues, to embed and exemplify a culture and ethos of leadership associated with RAMH, across your areas of work. You are required to be flexible in response to the development of this role, and to the demands and expectations of the environment RAMH operates in.
You will have experience of Social Care at a senior leadership level. You will also be educated to a degree level,
preferably in an area relevant to this post (Business, Finance, HR, Quality/Risk etc.) or hold a professional Health/Social Care qualification.

The role
We are at a highly exciting stage in the reshaping of our services as we build sustainable, resilient, therapeutic, and inclusive registered day care and commissioned community supports of the highest quality that can maximise our resources and potential growth opportunities.
We are seeking applicants with a proven track record in leadership within a health and social care service (or related) background to work in this key senior role and make a positive difference to the lives of people living with dementia, those at greater risk of dementia, and the families and friends who care for someone with dementia.

The person
You will have the right level of personal qualities, experience, knowledge and qualifications, demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and high levels of emotional intelligence, with experience of managing people, supporting staff development and promoting a positive culture. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with a collaborative approach to working with others to deliver shared objectives and drive continuous improvement in our practice. You will have a high-level knowledge and understanding of dementia and substantial experience in the management and delivery of services and hold a relevant practice qualification to meet the Scottish Social Services Council registered management requirements. Sessional Recovery Support Worker

RAMH are developing their Housing Support Services and are looking for innovative and enthusiastic Sessional Recovery Support Workers, to provide consistent support to our service users in East Renfrewshire.
We provide support to individuals to maintain and develop their home and community life. Support is provided to individuals in their own home or 24 hour supported tenancies.
You must enjoy working with people and be committed to helping them achieve their personal outcomes. RAMH have an excellent reputation for delivering quality person centred services that focus on recovery outcomes.
You will need to be a good team worker with good written and verbal communication skills as you will be required to record the outcomes you achieve with individuals on a daily basis. Excellent flexibility in working hours is essential, as evening weekends and sleepovers are required.

About the role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for one-to-one support including carrying a case load for on-going work with specific individuals and for developing and reviewing personal support plans. You will work closely with practitioners in a guidance and/or support and supervision role to promote good working practice and staff development. You will support the Locality Manager, Service Manager and Head of Services in their roles to meet national and funder criteria. You will identify gaps in the service where they arise and implement solutions in partnership with your line manager.
