About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic person to join Change Mental Health and help us continue to deliver excellent mental health services across Tayside.
Change Mental Health is a leading national mental health charity providing incredible person-centred support across the nation.
This Outreach Worker will join our Tayside Team and expand our services of people with Mental Health needs across Tayside mainly Perth and Kinross and Augus. Together we will continue to support people in identifying their personal priorities and outcomes. We promote support through 1 to 1 contact, small groups and help to access support and services in the community.
We build links with partner organisations across Tayside, helping break down barriers and develop services that people want and need.
This post will report directly to the Area Manager for Change Mental Health Tayside and Fife Services.

Would you like to make a difference to the lives of People Living with Dementia in Midlothian?
We are looking for a unique person to join our team at our dementia specific day service in Bonnyrigg. Our day services are personalised to the preferences and needs of individuals, providing therapeutic activities with a focus on maintaining skills and independence. The day services in Bonnyrigg are open Monday to Friday.
Our Support Workers are our most important people as they provide front line support. Successful applicants will have a positive approach to dementia. You will also have good communication skills and a caring attitude. Supporting individuals to keep connected to their communities, engage in their interests and hobbies and access peer support.
The use of a car is preferred (mileage and expenses are paid).
A willingness to learn and participate in training (including SVQ’s) and registration with the SSSC is essential. Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with people with dementia would be an advantage.
Support Worker – Croftspar, Glasgow

The Support Worker will provide a combination of personal care, care at home and housing support to people with dementia in their own homes. The post holder will be part of a dedicated team that will ensure that the highest quality of service is provided.
The Support Worker will work 2 or 3 shifts per week with the flexibility to increase hours to meet the demands of the service. The Support Worker will work day shift, backshift, weekends and nightshift.
We are looking for a unique person who can support people with dementia, living within their own home in a Supported Living Service, personalised to the tenants needs.

An exciting position has become available for a Senior Community Link Worker based in our established service in West Lothian.
You will support the service manager and fellow senior in the day to day running of 2 mental health and well-being hubs, based in Bathgate and Livingston. The hubs currently operate Monday-Friday 9-5.
You will be based in one of the Hubs leading a small team of Link Workers and working positively as part of a small MDT including psychology, occupational therapy and mental health nurses.
You will also deliver and support staff to deliver psycho educational groups.

The Young People’s Recovery College was formed in October 2016. From its inception the Young People’s Recovery staff have very successfully developed and delivered programmes of self-management, awareness and information sessions for young people with lived experience of mental ill health.

- Design and deliver a structured learning programme to schools and partner organisations with colleagues and partners.
- Participate in external forums, workshops and events to promote the work of Mindspace.
- Monitor, evaluate and improve learning delivery and resources.
- Ensure adequate records are kept under GDPR guidelines while ensuring all young people's confidentiality
- Ensure quality of service by collating and monitoring young people’s feedback.
- Contribute to developing service guidelines, policies and protocols to ensure the organisation maintains high-quality services.
- In collaboration with the Senior Recovery Facilitator and Chief Executive, set appropriate missions and goals to ensure the continued development of the service.
- Undertake other duties that may be required and commensurate with the post.
