6. Location

Flexible working: the board envision that the postholder would primarily work from home; however, other options, including a desk in a shared workspace, are possible.

7. Accountability

The post holder will report to the board of directors, with the board chair responsible for line management of the executive director. The post holder will directly line-manage six team members.

8. Major Terms and Conditions

Full Terms and Conditions are set out in the Staff Handbook and each individual’s contract. Key features include:

Salary:£40,280 - £50,880 (salary reviewed annually)

Hours:35 hours per week worked flexibly over the week; this role will require out-of-hours work and travel

across Scotland.

Annual leave:30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) with additional leave between Christmas and New Year.

Contributory pension scheme:Yes (provider: The People’s Pension)

Probationary period: 3 months

Notice Period (either side): 3 months, increasing to 6 months at two years’ service.
