Role

SCOREscotland is based in South West Edinburgh. Our mission and purpose for existence is to work in partnership with others to address the causes and effects of racism and to promote race equality and break down barriers to the full participation of local black and minority ethnic communities in all aspects of civic life. As a small organisation we offer the benefits of working in a team that is committed to making a difference to the people that we work with.

We are currently looking to recruit a Youth Climate Action Project Coordinator. The purpose of the job is to work with South West Edinburgh based black and minority ethnic (BME) young people (11 - 17 years) to enhance their climate literacy and help them become more involved in climate action. The post is part-time (14 hours per week) and is contracted to 31 March 2026. You will be enthusiastic and motivated individual who will contribute to the development of our work with young people.
