To cover maternity leave, we are offering two 12-month temporary positions, available in both part-time and full-time capacities within our team.

At CHAS, we provide unwavering care across homes, hospices, and hospitals for children who may die young. We create moments of joy and support families at every step on this hardest of journeys.

In addition to our two Scottish hospices, we have a number of shops and offices located across Scotland.

Role Overview

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational success. Working as part of a friendly team, you'll provide essential support to our people and volunteers.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

You will have:

  • Experience in HR administration or a related field
  • Passion for supporting people and contributing to a positive work culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of HR practices
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft office packages and HR systems.
