Role

Circle are a children and families charity working at the heart of communities across central Scotland. Our purpose is to improve the lives of children by strengthening families.

Circle’s approach builds on strengths, is solution focussed and uses a whole family approach to create a family environment that promotes healthy development in children.

The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver an intensive early intervention and prevention youth justice and rights service supporting young people and their families. Our whole family, rights and strengths based approach will support young people who are vulnerable and at risk/experiencing being excluded from school, or have involvement with justice services.

This pilot service is funded by The Promise Partnership, Corra Foundation on behalf of Scottish Government for 18 months to provide strengths based support to young people and their families that is trauma recovery informed and strengthened by the core principles of The Promise.

Applicants should possess a qualification in social work, social care, education or health, and have relevant experience.

Applicants must also have a driving licence and their own car.
