The role
We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition specialist to join our People and Strategy team.
This is an exciting autonomous role, with lots of opportunity to make your mark.
You will be responsible for coordinating all recruitment & selection activities for CHAS to ensure we secure the best talent, this includes the hire of clinical nursing staff alongside support service roles such as finance, IT and facilities.
Deploying an effective & inclusive recruitment strategy you will create a positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
Liaising with key stakeholders and hiring managers you will build excellent working relationships to understand organisation needs and use an innovative approach to ensure all vacancies are filled successfully.
