Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for creating a positive and engaged workplace? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Internal Communications Lead to join our talented Marketing and Communications Team and help establish internal communications excellence within CHAS. This is initially a 9 month fixed term role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with our strategic goals.
  • Craft compelling and impactful messages to keep employees informed and inspired.
  • Help create a culture of transparency and collaboration using a variety of communications channels.
  • Lead and execute internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong understanding of communication best practice.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as experience of producing video content.
  • Strategic mind-set with the ability to align communications initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills to drive successful campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Ability to navigate and communicate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
