Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, high performing and motivated individual to join our Governance and HR Team, supporting with HR administration; providing enhanced customer service and responsive HR support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 x SCQF Level 5s, an understanding of HR best practice and Employment Law, excellent administration skills and robust ICT skills, specifically with excel.

Joining a small team, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Administrator for GWHA Time and Attendance/ HR information system ensuring compliance and troubleshooting as required.

2. First point of contact for general HR queries for employees.

3. Support Payroll function by providing timely reports and relevant updates.

4. Lead the development and maintenance of the internal HR and Wellbeing intranet pages; promoting relevant policies and wellbeing initiatives as required.

5. Responsible for staff communications via staff intranet.

6. Maintain personnel records.

7. Support recruitment and selection administration.

8. Manage starters/leavers administration.

9. Maintain attendance and absence management records and reports

For the right person, this role can offer flexibility with working hours and we can offer this role on a full- or part-time basis. We require a minimum of 21 hours, which must include a Friday. Please indicate on your application your preference for working hours. Hybrid working will also be considered for this role.
