Someone with a passion and understanding for embedding services within communities, an understanding of mental health and substance use supports, and the link between the two. Also, an ability to engage with a variety of people and stakeholders.
Barnardo's Fife Locality has been delivering services within Fife for 20+ years and is made up of 5 services.
The Team Manager would manage 3 services; the Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, Substance Use Education Service and Barnardo's Empowering Change (BEC) Service.
The 3 services work independently as well as co-work together to build capacity in communities and support young people and their families by tailoring input to best meet their needs. The 2 other services within the locality Stronger Families Service, delivering whole family support and the Rights and Advocacy Service which are both Fife wide services.
