We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Worker to join the team at Drumchapel St Mark’s Parish Church who will oversee the development of the Orchard Community Trust (SCIO in partnership with Drumchapel St Mark’s). The role will lead the SCIO as it works to challenge poverty, isolation, advance citizenship and community development while advancing the arts, heritage and culture and providing opportunities for spiritual growth and expression.

The successful candidate will have significant recent experience of local community-based work and demonstrable experience in project management from planning through inception to evaluation.

We are looking for a creative and lively committed Christian with an active Church connection (Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Equality Act 2010).
