Findhorn Bay Arts (FBA) are delighted to invite applications for the role of Marketing and Communications Manager.

The post of Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for FBA’s marketing and communications activity. We have ambitious goals to grow our audiences, develop our brand and this post will ensure we meet those aims.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to play an active role as part of a small but growing team in implementing and developing FBA’s marketing and communications strategies, and to grow our audiences and raise the profile of FBA and its work on a local, regional, national, and international scale.

This is a great role for a highly organised, ambitious, creative, and motivated person to contribute to the continuing success and development of FBA as it embarks on a new 3-year strategic business plan.

Flexibility: Subject to ensuring that the needs of the charity and the role are met, FBA endeavours to meet the flexible working needs of its staff. We are open to considering remote / hybrid working in exceptional circumstances and by negotiation.
