Role

Due to the recent growth of the Threads Service portfolio, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Team Manager to join the team. The Team Manager will support the CSM to lead and manage day-to-day operational service delivery to improve outcomes for families in the Renfrewshire area.

The Threads Service provides a wide range of family support services and evidence-based interventions to support children, young people, and families from 0-26 years.

The postholder will have line management responsibility of project workers, students, As & When workers, and volunteers, with day-to-day operational management and oversight for the undernoted service strands.
