Today, in over 60 communities we work with adults and young people providing mental health social care support, services in primary care, schools and further education, among others.

These services together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention and active living; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change. SAMH is dedicated to mental health and wellbeing for all: with a vision of a society where people are able to live their lives fully, regardless of present or past circumstances.

About the Role

The Service Manager role will be responsible for SAMH’s psychological wellbeing service, Time for You and SAMH’s Information service. Time for You is SAMH’s national psychological wellbeing service that provides wellbeing coaching and talking therapy to individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns. Time for You offers predominantly digital support with pilots of place-based support in certain regions. The Information Service provides information and resources on mental health for individuals who are seeking support or looking for more information about mental health for themselves or their loved ones.

Initially set up as a support to frontline workers in response to the Coronavirus pandemic, Time for You has since expanded and developed into a service which has become pivotal in SAMH delivering on the psychological wellbeing arm of our We Won’t Wait strategy.
