Your insight will be crucial in delivering high quality HR/OD services and facilitating ongoing engagement through this change. You will be working within a small team continuing to evolve our People Culture strategy and ensure that CHS is a great place to work now and in the future.
Working in conjunction with the People and Culture Partner(s), you will support the delivery of key projects and initiatives to promote a proactive and progressive people culture at CHS.

Key Responsibilities
Our People and Culture team
Our HR operational team comprises currently of two People and Culture Partners, a People and Culture Coordinator and a People and Culture Assistant.
The role of the team is to support our National Team consisting of around 70 colleagues. Our People and Culture team is passionate about delivering a quality as well as creative and modern people service. You will support this small, dynamic and innovative team while collaborating with other departments and teams across the wider organisation.
Life at CHS
Our 2,500 volunteer Tribunal Members take part in children’s hearings in their local areas, making decisions with and for infants, children and young people. Our organisation also supports a network of 22 Area Support Teams made up of 400 volunteers who support Tribunal Members in their local communities.
